Peaple Talent are urgently seeking a Solution Architect with Nice CX One CCaaS expertise to join a client of ours ASAP on a 3 month contract (strong possibility of extensnion). The role is Inside IR35, 3 days a week on site and can pay up to £750 a day.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing Nice CX One CCaaS. As well as in-depth knowledge of integrating NICE CX One with a CRM solution (ideally MS-D365 CRM). They should also have expertise in integrating multiple solutions, such as Nice CX One, MS-D365 CRM, DocuSign, Salesforce, and bespoke on-premise systems.

* Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Specialist Skills Provided as MS Dynamics Architect:
* Validate the overall architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics solution proposed by MS & SI.
* Helps ensure that the solution aligns with best practices and meets Data Residency, Business Continuity, Scalability and Performance requirements.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to advise on configuration and customization required to meet organizational needs.
* Understanding of data models, entities, and relationships in Dynamics 365 including data mapping and transformation required between D365 and Nice and other applications.
* Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications such as Nice CX One, DocuSign, Salesforce, Bespoke on-premise Systems.
* In depth knowledge of integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with NICE CX One
