Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate for a contract hybrid role located in Langley, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our online tutoring services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client consultations, negotiating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Experience in sales, client management, and lead generation
* Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
* Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and basic technical tools for remote work
* Knowledge of the educational industry or online learning platforms is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
