What the Job Involves As the Reception/Office Assistant at Hafan Gobaith, you will cover the reception area 5 days a week, ensuring efficient operations Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and on Fridays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Your responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail, booking travel and accommodations, supporting finance tasks, and keeping the Carefirst Client Record System updated. Additionally, you will engage in booking pool cars and rooms, handling archiving, and assisting with general office administration tasks as needed.
