Automotive Marketing Manager Vacancy - Northamptonshire
Location: Northampton
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmOur client, a fast-growing and highly respected product manufacturer vehicle for the automotive sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Automotive Marketing Manager to take full ownership of how the brand shows up in market.
The Automotive division is a core growth area for the business, spanning direct-to-consumer, professional and B2B channels, supported by a strong global distribution network. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will lead marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, ensuring clear positioning, disciplined product launches and strong partner enablement across all channels.
Based at the company’s Northamptonhire headquarters, you will work closely with product development, training, sales and senior leadership teams, while also collaborating with international marketing colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
Own the marketing roadmap, defining target audiences, focus products and key trading opportunities.
Plan and manage the campaign calendar, setting clear objectives and tracking performance.
Lead major product launches and core campaigns from planning through to review.
Work with the digital team to deliver impactful content across web, email and paid channels.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across D2C, B2B, distributor and event activity.
Produce complete launch toolkits to support internal teams and external partners.
Develop effective B2B marketing materials, including sales tools, case studies and merchandising support.Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing role
Proven experience delivering strategic marketing across both B2B and D2C channels
Strong campaign planning and product launch management skills
Experience working with partners, distributors or sales teams
Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress), HubSpot CRM, email marketing platforms, paid media and analytics tools
A highly organised, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
