SEN Teacher - Longsight (Full-Time, November Start) Location: Longsight, Manchester Start Date: November 2025 Contract: Full-Time (via Spencer Clarke Group) Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs? Spencer Clarke Group are currently working with a caring and inclusive school in Longsight to recruit a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for a full-time position starting in November. The Role You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with complex learning, communication, and sensory needs. Working closely with a team of support staff and specialists, you'll create a nurturing environment where every child can achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, individualised lessons for children with complex needs. Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to support holistic development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Track pupil progress and adapt strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with pupils with SEN and complex needs (e.g. autism, PMLD, SLD, or SEMH). A creative and flexible approach to teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for supporting children to overcome barriers and achieve success.
