The GMMH rehabilitation service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and experienced nurse to join the Home Engagement and Rehabilitation Team (HEART).
We seek applicants with leadership qualities and a specialist interest and experience in mental health rehabilitation to support ongoing service development.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership to the team nurses and offer input/advice to the wider team, partner organisations and service users.
* Chair zoning, MDT and safeguarding meetings as part of general team leadership.
* Lead on physical health and medication management alongside medical and pharmacy colleagues.
* Participate in the division senior management team and manage the overall rehabilitation services.
* Share the on-site / on-call rota as required.
* Serve as one of the senior practitioners responsible for day-to-day clinical leadership of the multi-disciplinary community mental health rehabilitation team, ensuring an integrated, flexible, user-focused, recovery-oriented service.
