I am reaching out to share an exciting job opportunity with an engineering company that is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The position will be based near Crews Hill station EN2, operating from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The salary for this role ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
JOB DUTIES
* Providing comprehensive administration support.
* Managing general administrative tasks including data input and email correspondence.
* Allocating jobs to engineers and managing all incoming calls.
* Addressing tenant inquiries and complaints professionally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in an administration role is ideal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A background in property maintenance or a similar field is preferred.
* Experience in working with tenants and coordinating engineers is beneficial.
* Strong PC literacy and communication skills are essential.
