Nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, this location is a hub for walking, hiking, and adventure and we’re looking for a passionate leader to take the reins and drive performance, customer engagement, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including stock control, audits, and banking procedures
* Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead a knowledgeable and motivated team
* Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor receives outstanding service and product advice
* Sales Strategy: Analyse performance and drive local initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
What You’ll Bring
* A strong background in retail management, ideally in outdoor, footwear, or apparel
* A genuine passion for the outdoors or a desire to inspire others to embrace movement and adventure
* Natural leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating teams
