About the Role
Working as a Support Worker means no two days are ever the same. Its a varied, hands-on role where youll have the chance to make a real and lasting difference in someones life every single day.
Youll be part of a warm, welcoming team at our registered support service in Market Weighton, just outside the town centre. This is more than just a workplace its a supportive environment where kindness, respect, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Shift Patterns
This role involves a flexible rota, which can look like:
Day shifts
Night shifts
Weekend working
As a Support Worker, you will:
Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Assist with managing finances, medication, and appointments
Encourage participation in social and community activities
Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals
Build meaningful, trusting relationships and provide emotional support
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
