Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in line with programme requirements. Assess apprentices’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours against apprenticeship standards. Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help apprentices achieve their goals. Maintain accurate records of progress, assessments, and compliance documentation. Support apprentices in preparing for their End Point Assessment (EPA). Liaise with employers, colleagues, and awarding bodies to ensure apprentices receive a positive experience.
