Las Ramblas Wine & Tapas are now looking for a passionate and dedicated sous chef. As sous chef you will join an established team of kitchen professionals alongside a talented Head Chef serving high quality fresh food.

Experience in high quality and fast paced service using fresh ingredients.
Someone who responds positively to learning new skills and working under pressure.
Passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking.
A supportive team player who encourages others and who understands the importance of organisation
Running the kitchen with precision, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Collaborating with the chefs to uphold the restaurants exceptional standards
Bringing creativity and technical skill to the team, contributing to menu development
Maintaining impeccable mise en place and kitchen organisation
Excellent time keeping and personal hygiene required.
Previous experience running a team.
