We are working in partnership with a leading regional law firm that is experiencing strong, sustained growth across the Midlands. As part of its ongoing expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its thriving employment law team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented employment law generalist to handle a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for both employers and employees. You'll be part of a well-established team with an excellent reputation, advising a broad range of clients from SMEs to larger corporates, as well as individual employees and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising on a full spectrum of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, and workplace policies. Both contentious and non-contentious.
2. Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to final hearing.
3. Supporting corporate colleagues on employment aspects of transactional work.
4. Advising employer clients on day-to-day HR and employment law issues.
