£22,369 - £25,000 (up to £28k OTE) depending on experience plus benefits package
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week. Hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role.
About the Role
Overview
To provide first line support to our team of consultants, Financial Planners and customers. To manage the pipeline of applications and ensure business is completed quickly and efficiently.
Key Outputs
1. To provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Wealth Management team
2. Preparing new business applications
3. Liaising with team members to pick up ad hoc tasks, i.e. re-arranging appointments, responding to customer queries, etc
4. Checking and submitting completed applications
5. Reviewing pension information
6. Liaising with pension providers to obtain scheme information
7. Liaising with whole of market providers to obtain key updates and illustrations
8. Providing clear and accurate information to customers
9. Managing pipeline to ensure that customers are kept updated throughout their experience
10. Updating Customer records following every interaction
11. Adhering to Anti-Money Laundering, customer validation and DPA requirements/guidelines at all times
12. Providing efficient and timely support to both consultants and planners to support the growth of the business and improve conversion
13. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business

Overview:
A self-motivated, proactive and target driven individual who has the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment whilst delivering both financial advice and customer service of the highest quality.
Skills and knowledge:
Essential
26. Ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative.
27. You will be able to hit the ground running and integrate with the team quickly as this role will be one of the key customer contact points to ensuring the success of the business.
28. A minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role.
Desirable
29. Previous pension administration experience.
30. Experience working within Financial Services across a broad spectrum of business areas.
31. Able to demonstrate previous Advice Support, which may include platform administration, pension switches/transfers, at retirement advice and savings and investments in a customer servicing role.
32. Diary Management Experience.
Qualifications:
General education
33. GCSE A‑C or equivalent in Maths and English
Financial services qualifications
34. CII exams are desirable but not mandatory.
35. Full support will be provided should the candidate wish to enhance their learning/knowledge career further to progress to a paraplanner or financial planner.
