With no day ever being the same the Operations Manager role offers genuine long:term progression and career development within a first:class manufacturing environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Take full accountability for operational, financial, safety, and environmental performance
* Lead and develop the management team, including Supervisors, Managers and Maintenance teams
* Oversee site Profit and Loss, cost centres, and operational expenditure.
* Oversee all people management across sites
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an operations manager role.
* Expert knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice
* Proven track record of change management, process improvement, and delivering results.
