This is a school that has invested heavily into its SEND provision, with a strong leadership team, clear behaviour policies and a highly supportive classroom structure. Staff are well-supported, and there is a genuine team approach when it comes to meeting pupils’ needs. About the Role You will be teaching a class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH and associated learning difficulties. The role requires a teacher who can bring consistency, structure and adaptability into the classroom.
