Position Overview: As the SEND Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in leading the school’s vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). You will oversee daily operations, promote inclusive practices, and work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to enhance pupil outcomes.
