Curriculum development: Planning and preparing lessons, creating teaching materials, and developing new courses. Assessment and administration: Setting and marking assessments, monitoring student progress, and performing administrative tasks like record-keeping. Student support: Acting as a personal tutor to support students with problems and career guidance. Ensuring compliance: Teaching and assessing knowledge of construction site legislation, such as HSE and CDM regulations.
