* Provide remote ASC assessments as part of a team of two clinicians. One practitioner delivers the ADOS-informed assessment while the other undertakes the ADI-R.
* We work to a x1 assessment per day model

Job responsibilities
The Role
We are hiring Autism Assessors to help us reach and support more patients.You will:
* Provide remote ASC assessments as part of a team of two clinicians. One practitioner delivers the ADOS-informed assessment while the other undertakes the ADI-R.
* Use clinical judgement and experience to make treatment decisions using highly developed skills and knowledge regarding management of adults and young people with Autism.
* Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for diagnostic decision making within competence, with supervision from Team Leads.
* Complete risk assessments and review safeguarding needs during ongoing patient care.
* Ensure accurate and timely client records are kept on the clinical platform. Reports should be written professionally and completed within expected timeframes.
* Make recommendations on any additional assessments or interventions required (as appropriate) to the client within the report.
* Maintain registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC,Social Work England).
* Access regular clinical supervision, management supervision, and multi-disciplinary team meetings/case discussions.
Person Specification
Experience
* What we are looking for:
* Current NMC, HCPC or Social Work England registration with no restrictions on practice.
* Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or Social Workers with previous experience and knowledge of autonomously assessing and diagnosing Autism.
* Ability to work effectively to manage own caseload.
* Good knowledge of legislation, research and developments relevant to the field of Autism.
* Ability to undertake both ADOS and ADI-R is essential. MDTs are held when required with Team Leads and, where warranted, with input from our psychiatry colleagues.

* Previous experience of assessment in a remote setting
Qualifications
* 12 months MINIMUM experience in the use of ADOS
* AND
* 12 months MINIMUM experience in the use of ADI-R/3DI
