Job Description:
Location: Near Henley-on-Thames – flexible working between home and our Barns (at least 2 days per week).
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract starting October 2025.
Purpose of Role
* Lead a large National account, managing the relationship with support from the UK Customer Controller.
* Achieve Net Sales and profit targets by building strong customer relationships.
* Collaborate within the team, influencing decisions to support growth plans.
* Understand customer strategies and align them with our plans.
* Create innovative and commercially viable plans for customers.
* Support the Deals (Sales) team to meet customer and internal goals.
Responsibilities
* Revenue & Profit: Deliver sales, trade investment, profit, and share targets; manage trade investments; launch new revenue streams; implement cost price increases as needed.
* JBPs: Develop motivating Joint Business Plans that align with business objectives; use internal tools for SKU-level planning; manage financial P&L; ensure timely plan delivery.
* Sales Fundamentals: Achieve distribution targets; deliver category insights; align plans with promotional strategies; maintain forecast accuracy; manage re-forecasting cycles.
* Customer Management: Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts; tailor brand plans; collaborate with marketing teams.
* People: Lead and motivate your team; communicate effectively; lead by example.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience at SNAM or NAM level within FMCG.
* Experience managing Top-4 Grocery accounts.
* Proven ability in developing and managing JBPs.
* Strong commercial and numeracy skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, influential, and passionate about the brand.
