Role Overview
Our client who are a growing consultancy is seeking a Business Analyst / Trainer to join its Learning & Development function. This hybrid role combines hands-on business analysis delivery with the design and delivery of high-quality training across core consulting pathways, including Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO and Product.
Alongside training responsibilities, the role will contribute to internal transformation and improvement initiatives, applying structured business analysis techniques to help shape solutions, improve processes and support technology-enabled change. The organisation is moving towards a more technology and AI-enabled consulting model, and is seeking someone who can bring modern, commercially minded thinking to both delivery and capability development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis (c.40%)
1. Elicit, analyse and document business requirements using a range of techniques (e.g. workshops, interviews, process mapping).
2. Analyse current (“as-is”) processes, data and operating models, and support the design of future (“to-be”) states.
3. Produce high-quality analysis artefacts such as business cases, requirements documentation, user stories, process flows and impact assessments.
