Salary: £40,000 per annum

They are now seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis, covering the St Leonards-on-Sea area on a Maintenance Direct Contract.

🔧 Your Responsibilities
* Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to the highest standard
* Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable
* Report any non-compliant installations or appliances
* Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units
* Rewire domestic properties (both occupied and void homes)
* Ensure all work aligns with current regulations and company standards
✔️ What You’ll Need
* 18th Edition qualification
* Level 3 NVQ
* Proven experience completing EICRs within social housing and/or private housing settings
