This is a ‘hands on’ immersive experience where you have full control of your designs, and your fit and technical skills will be developed. It’s essential that you will have confident CAD skills with a high level of attention detail, and a genuine passion for design. Trainee / Brand Designer – Job Responsibilities * Source and develop materials and trims within cost targets and agreed quality standards. * Research trends, innovations and consumer insights to help create commercial new product ranges. * Support fitting and grading processes to maintain agreed fit standards and critical path deadlines. * Assist with design processes, including pattern development, technical drawings and photoshoots. * Demonstrate strong brand and market awareness, interpreting customer and market requirements effectively.
