Personal Assistant in Local Operations - 31505
We have an exciting opportunity to join our two dynamic Executive Office teams, supporting senior leaders within Incident Management and Resilience, as well as our new Growth, Permitting & Monitoring departments as a Personal Assistant (PA).
Our PAs play a vital role in ensuring our Directors and Deputy Directors can focus on delivering their work by providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking proactive, highly organized team players who can think ahead, pay close attention to detail, exercise good judgment, and collaborate effectively across the business and with other government departments. Excellent communication and discretion are essential when handling sensitive information.
You will:
* Be part of a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling important challenges.
* Gain exposure to a variety of work supporting senior leadership.
* Work closely with other PAs to ensure seamless support across Operations.
* Develop your skills and experience, whether you're already a PA, a Business Administrator, or seeking to broaden your expertise.
