Overview
Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Brentwood
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Salary: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay + monthly bonus
Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
* Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Use software tools such as Sage, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel to manage daily tasks and track sales activities.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems are running smoothly and support sales operations effectively.
* Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within sales admin / sales support
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* Ability to use systems
* Quick learner
* Highly organised and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment
