Job Description
Texo Recruitment are working with an external client to source a Maintenance Contracts Manager for a permanent staff vacancy based in Glasgow.
The role will be based in Glasgow, although this may vary depending on operational requirements. The position is 45 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contracts manager to take responsibility for the effective delivery of maintenance contracts and the day-to-day management of teams and client relationships.
Arboricultural Experience Strongly Desired
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day running and supervision of maintenance teams
* Programming and scheduling of maintenance visits
* Ensuring accurate records of work completed for invoicing purposes
* Managing and maintaining high standards of health and safety
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Tendering for new sites and contracts
* Approval of employee timesheets
* General administration and reporting as required
* Ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently and to agreed standards
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar maintenance contracts management role
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid CSCS card SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage teams effectively and work to deadlines
