Overview
Registered Nurse – Westgate Healthcare at Hampden Hall Care Centre, Tamarisk Way, Weston Turville, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP22 5ZB. Location: Hampden Hall Care Centre, Weston Turville. Hours: 39 per week. Shifts: flexibility to work both night and day shifts, across Monday to Sunday. Job type: Full time, permanent. Hourly rate: £18.00 to £23.00 per hour, plus paid handover.

About the role
* Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
* Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
* Ensure residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
* Adhere to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
* Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation
About you
* The right to work in the UK
* Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
* Previous experience in elderly care is essential
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
* Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
* A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude and a flexible work ethic
