Customer Service Agent
Location: Harlow (Office based)
Salary: £24,570 plus potential bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shifts- 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm)

Duties:
1. Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner (please note this is NOT a sales or cold calling role).
2. Helping customers solve any problems by providing suitable solutions in order for the call to be successful.
3. Handling account queries and liaising with various departments.
4. Updating CMS System to ensure information is up to date and accurate.
5. Setting up payment arrangements and following all required procedures.
