Job Description:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Provide clerical support to other staff members as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and the use of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Simpro
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with book keeping
* or other accounting software is a plus
* Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
