Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Manager - Pest Division, you will build and grow profitable client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, facilities, and the health and safety of their employees and customers. You will drive sales and meet budget goals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking with restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, and nursing homes to offer effective B2B pest elimination programs in the UK. New accounts will be managed by our service team, responsible for delivering the solutions you sell.
What You Will Do:
1. Prospect and acquire customers to achieve annual new business sales goals.
2. Identify sales opportunities and implement sales strategies.
3. Partner with our service team, corporate account team, and inter-company partners to implement best practices for pest management solutions.
4. Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and colleagues through professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Provide outstanding customer service by guiding and educating customers throughout the sales process.
6. Stay informed about Ecolab’s product and service offerings and industry trends to ensure successful customer outcomes.
7. Participate in Ecolab’s world-class paid training program to develop your skills and expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
2. Home office with internet access.
3. Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
4. Excellent organization and time management skills.
5. Proven relationship management and consulting skills.
6. Problem-solving abilities to determine customer solutions.
7. Negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Self-motivation and results-driven attitude.
9. Experience in pest elimination or hotel and restaurant sales is preferred.
