Hours: 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am‑8pm, Saturdays 8:30am‑2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive, patient‑focused and responsive Outpatient Pharmacy service ensuring patients receive medication in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
* Work as a Responsible Pharmacist: dispense medicines legally, efficiently and accurately; carry out appropriate clinical and other checks.
* Ensure patients receive appropriate counselling and information about their medicines.
* Communicate with all levels of clinical and healthcare staff to promote the safe use of medicines.
* Abide by General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards, professional, ethical and legal obligations.
* Maintain a professional image of the department; ensure practice complies with Medicines, Ethics and Practice guidelines.
* Provide professional leadership in the pharmacy, ensuring all practice stays within latest regulations.
* Resolve individual patient issues as they arise.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Experience leading teams and managing a pharmacy as a Responsible Pharmacist.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts between 08:30‑20:00, weekends and evenings.
* Excellent team working and communication skills.
* Clinical and hospital experience desirable.
