So, what does the role of an Customer Service Advisor here involve?
· Providing great customer service to newand existing customers over the phone,so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus apositive attitude is a must.
· Processing correspondence, renewalsactivity and new business quotations with thorough attention to detail,maintaining a high level ofaccuracy.
· Meeting commercial and team targets and KPI’s by maximising businessand service opportunities.
· You will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced team. We work hard, helpand support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals andobjectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
