About us
Who are we?
Waythrough was launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live a fulfilling life. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related support services.
As we integrate our systems, processes, and approaches, you may notice that current job postings still carry the Humankind branding. Full system integration is expected next year.
