The Role of Administrator
We are a fast-growing recruitment company based in Shrewsbury, looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities of the Administrator
1.
Manage company social media platforms and support marketing campaigns to promote vacancies.
2.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to consultants and the wider office team.
3.
Assist with processing candidate applications, updating records, and maintaining compliance documentation.
4.
Support the accounts team with administrative tasks.
5.
Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
6.
Ensure general housekeeping and organisation within the office.
7.
Draft and post job adverts, handle correspondence, and undertake other administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
8.
Previous office administration experience is desirable.
9.
Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
10.
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
11.
Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
12.
IT literate, with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
13.
Highly organised with good time management skills.
