As Credit Control Manager, based in Glasgow, you'll lead a talented team to deliver exceptional results across cash collection, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, while contributing to a global transformation journey that's reshaping the organisation's finance operations. The Opportunity Working as part of a high-performing global Accounts Receivable leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving cashflow performance, managing credit risk and optimising the order-to-cash process across your region. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, offering real scope to influence the business and elevate operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop regional credit control teams to achieve collection, DSO and KPI targets. Collaborate with the Global Head of Accounts Receivable to deliver the global credit strategy. Partner with stakeholders to improve systems, controls and processes across the AR function. Provide accurate and insightful performance reporting to senior leadership. Drive consistency, accountability and engagement within the team. Play a key role in transformation projects, embedding best practice and automation. Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Proven experience leading large or multi-region credit control functions within a complex, global organisation. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams. Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships at all levels. Sound commercial judgement and a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes. Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities. CICM qualification and/or fluency in a second European language (German, Dutch, French or Arabic) are advantageous.
