Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
* Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
* Advising clients including developers, investors, pension funds, and institutions
* Supporting partners on high-value, complex deals across the UK
* Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals
* Actively contributing to business development and client relationship growth
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property
* Technically strong with experience across a broad range of transactions
* A confident communicator and natural team player
* Organised, commercially aware, and client-focused
* Eager to take ownership, support junior colleagues, and grow within a high-performing team
