Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Repair, replace, and align vehicle panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Perform MIG/MAG welding and structural repair work where required
17. Use modern tools, equipment, and approved repair methods
18. Ensure all work meets high-quality and safety standards
19. Work efficiently to meet productivity targets within a bodyshop environment
20. Collaborate with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and workshop colleagues
Requirements
21. Proven experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Vehicle Damage Repair Technician
22. Strong skills in panel repair, replacement, and alignment
23. Experience in MIG/MAG welding (essential)
24. ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification (desirable)
25. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
26. Ability to work well within a team and take ownership of work
