A Top 100 law firm is seeking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its leading claimant team based in Hampshire.Recognised as a leading personal injury practice, the firm handles high-value, complex claimant matters and is particularly well known for its work in brain injury, complex orthopaedic injury (including amputation) and fatal incidents, including inquests. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, modern firm with a genuinely inclusive and collaborative culture.The Role: Managing a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claimant matters, including:Serious brain injury claimsComplex orthopaedic injuries, including amputationFatal accident claims and inquest representationWorking closely with counsel, experts and multi-disciplinary teamsProviding clear, compassionate and strategic advice to clients and their familiesSupporting and mentoring more junior members of the team (where appropriate)The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 - 9 years' PQEExperience handling high-value, complex personal injury claimant mattersStrong technical ability and excellent client care skillsConfident working both independently and collaborativelyA proactive and empathetic approach to sensitive mattersWhat's on offer: Salary £53,000 - £80,000 (DOE) plus bonus28 days' holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate medical insurance, income protection and life assuranceFirmwide bonus schemeGenerous pension schemeFlexible hybrid working - Hampshire based with openness to discuss arrangements that work for youThe firm is open to Associates and Senior Associates seeking high-quality work within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
