Service Support Manager
Location: Field-based role covering Nottingham, Leicester & Coventry.
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday with flexibility required).
Role Responsibilities
* Build strong client relationships and conduct regular audit inspections across sites.
* Monitor and manage performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications.
* Oversee workforce management, including pay, recruitment, training and performance.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire regulations and company policies (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting).
* Drive consistent service delivery standards across all contracts within the area.
What We're Looking For
* Proven management experience within cleaning or soft services in a facilities management environment.
* Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time management capabilities across a multi‑site portfolio.
* IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
* IOSH Health & Safety qualification (desirable).
