We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker for this specialist therapeutic fostering organisation based in the West Midlands. You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship) About the team This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and is well known for flexible working for Social Workers. You'll be managing a small caseload of Foster Carers around the West Midlands. There are no assessments and no out of hours as you will be supporting a caseload of 10-12 families. About you The successful candidate will have experience of working within Children's Social Work, ideally with Fostering experience, post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
