Catering & HygieneTeam Leader
Location: Inverness (IV1 1HT)
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Hygiene & Catering Division. You'll manage a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent service to our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations (orders, returns, credits, warranties)
2. Lead and support the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
3. Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
4. Liaise with suppliers and manage stock availability
5. Resolve delivery, order, and invoice issues
6. Maintain accurate records and process returns
What You'll Bring
7. Experience in team leadership or operations
8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
9. Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
10. Knowledge of hygiene/catering products (a plus)
