In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a comprehensive benefits package supporting your well-being and work-life balance.

What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide excellent customer experiences every time they visit your store
What you'll need
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
- Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for thriving as part of the Store Team
- Proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop and improve store operations
