The Role:
* Oversee all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional care for every child
* Develop and implement the home’s structure, policies, and day-to-day practices
* Play a pivotal role in shaping the service, building infrastructure and supporting innovation
* Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of a skilled, values-driven staff team
* Foster a positive, resilient culture where young people and staff are supported and empowered
* Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement through reflective practice and strong leadership
* Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that gives every child real opportunities to succeed

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential children’s care.
* At least 2 years supervising/managing staff.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Proven record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades.
