The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Creative Producer to join our food team. Working closely with the Creative Food Lead, your role will focus solely on recipe ideation, development, and content creation. You’ll bring food trends to life with delicious, achievable recipes while producing engaging content for both reactive moments and planned campaign work.
This role is perfect for someone with strong cooking abilities, an eye for styling, and a love of social storytelling through food. You will play a vital part in shaping how our food output connects with audiences for some of the biggest brands in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and test recipes across briefs from seasonal campaigns to fast-turnaround reactive content.
* Work under direction from the Food Lead to ensure all recipes align with Tesco’s brand values, audience needs, and platform best practice.
* Cook and film recipe content for social media, ensuring high-quality execution and creative presentation.
* Food styling for both video and still content.
* Stay ahead of food trends, seasonal moments, and cultural insights to feed into recipe ideas.
* Collaborate with the wider food team to brainstorm new ideas and refine content.
* Contribute to a positive, creative, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Skills & Experience
* Strong practical cooking ability and recipe development experience.
* Confident and comfortable cooking on camera and featuring in content.
* Experience with food styling for both video and photography.
* A strong knowledge of food trends, cultural insights, and the social media landscape.
* Creative thinker with attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple recipes/projects at once.
* Experience working in content creation, food media, publishing, or similar environment preferred.
