What You’ll Do
1. Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings
2. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
3. Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
5. Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
7. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
10. Positive attitude and resilient mindset
