Job Title: Account Manager – Enterprise Technology Distribution

Location: Office-Based – South East UK

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.


Role Overview:

The Account Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with partners and customers. This role demands a proactive, strategic mindset focused on exceeding sales targets and deepening customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Meet monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets.
* Develop and implement tailored growth plans for each account.
* Proactively seek new opportunities within key growth sectors and technologies.
* Collaborate across departments to optimise solutions and workflow.
* Support commercial and vendor-driven campaigns and initiatives.
* Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
* Align personal and professional goals with business strategy.
* Deliver short, medium, and long-term business plans.
* Maintain structured and organised account management practices.
* Achieve key role metrics and KPIs.
* Clearly communicate and demonstrate the company’s value proposition.


Key Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated success in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
* Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, server, and storage solutions.
* Strong relationship-building abilities with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Target-driven and motivated by performance-based outcomes.
* Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data-informed decision-making.
