They work mainly on fit out and refurbishment projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Care and more. Responsibilities: * Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive and comprehensive cost estimates for tenders ranging from £50k to £6m. * Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies during the tendering phase. * Actively manage and expand the network of Scottish subcontractors and suppliers. * Ensure seamless communication between estimating, site delivery, and commercial management teams.
