Hybrid working - 3 days office-based

IPC International, the purchasing and supply chain organisation for Subway Franchisees in Europe, has an excellent opportunity for a Communications Executive to join on a 12-month fixed term contract in our Communications Team.


The Role

It’s an exciting time for the organisation — IPC International was formed in 2025 by bringing together the IPC EMEA and IPC Asia Pacific teams, to create a single, global business.

We’re looking for a Communications Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract, who will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our communications strategy to our Subway Franchisees.

Your main responsibility will be liaising with internal teams to draft, prepare, gain approval and send timely Franchisee product changes or update communications for markets across EMEA.

You are a natural storyteller that develops compelling narratives that have impact and engage your audiences. You are digital first and look to grow and nurture audiences online.

Your effective organisational skills ensure that projects are completed on time and within agreed scope. You are comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and across multiple project deliverables.


What will you be doing?

* Working closely with key internal stakeholders to gain sight of and effectively plan communications to avoid last minute rushes and keep other stakeholders informed of any issues
* Ensuring that copy is distributed effectively via our Franchisee communications platform
* Measure the impact and performance of communications through reporting against agreed metrics
* Supporting the Franchisee communications team on delivery of the wider annual operating plan
