We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Revenue Executive to support our Revenue Management team across a diverse hotel portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in revenue management within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
You will play a key role in optimising pricing, inventory, and performance reporting, while ensuring system accuracy and delivering valuable insights to support commercial decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Revenue Managers with daily rate and inventory updates across systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers)
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports
* Monitor pickup, pace, and market demand, identifying risks and opportunities
* Maintain system accuracy across rates, room types, mapping, and rate parity
* Conduct competitor rate shopping and track market activity
* Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data preparation and analysis
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams
* Assist in commercial meeting preparation and follow‑up actions
* Promote collaboration, accountability, and efficiency across the commercial function
* Help ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision‑making processes
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
* Understanding of key hotel revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, segmentation)
* Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel managers) preferred
* Previous experience with branded hotels (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is advantageous
* Strong communication and organisational skills
