Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for a band 5 nurse to join a dynamic Ophthalmology nursing team based at a newly built community diagnostic hub. As a registered band 5 nurse you will be part of an experienced ophthalmic team supporting patients with various ophthalmic diseases and acting as support to the multi-disciplinary team. You will be confident in all aspects of ophthalmic needs and in delivering a service to meet the needs of the service.

Job Requirements
Essential
* NMC registration; experience as a band 5 nurse; excellent communication skills
Desirable
* Educated in Ophthalmic clinical practice; competency in cannulation; experience as nurse in charge
Skills
* Works to high clinical and professional standards; ability to motivate change; ability to motivate teams/individuals
Desirable
* Presentation skills; IT skills
