The Role
* The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the coordination and control of the onsite construction process.
* You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme: a two-year structured training scheme designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training.
* We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you'll need
* A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar).
* A genuine interest in the construction industry.
